Ab Circuit!

Grab your Bosu, a mat, and a light weight (5-12 lbs) if you want to challenge your core! This ab circuit can definitely be done without the Bosu and without weights if you don’t have the equipment or consider yourself a beginner. Trust me, your abs will still be burning!

  • 16 bosu crossovers (4x4x4x4)
  • 12 supermans
  • 20 (total) bosu russian twists)
  • 12 weighted sit ups
    REPEAT 3x!
