Full Body HIIT

With just a few pieces of equipment, I’ve put together a full body HIIT workout! This workout can be done with any weight you feel comfortable using (or no weights, if you’re a beginner!). The best part is that it’s only about 30 minutes long, so if you’re on a time crunch for a quick drench, try it out! Grab a medicine ball and a few weights and get started!

  • Pop squats
  • Kick throughs
  • 6 jump lunges 10 mtn climbers
  • Dead ball back drops
  • Plank walk to med ball slam
  • Weighted punches with stance switch
  • Plank leg lifts on med ball
  • Med ball slams
