I’ve partnered with TLS to help my clients (or anyone, for that matter…you don’t have to be my client!) lose weight by educating them on how to eat right, how to make the proper nutrition choices for them, and how to maintain the lifestyle.
This isn’t a fad, this isn’t a diet. As I just stated, it’s a lifestyle. Like any changes to our lifestyles, it takes time and energy to figure it out, but you will! And once you do, you’ll see such a change, you’ll never want to look back.
TLS introduces my clients to Low Glycemic Impact eating. What does this mean? This means you aren’t counting calories or points. You aren’t limiting yourself to a few bites here and a few bites there. You aren’t drinking your meals. You’re EATING and you’re eating well. Low GI foods are meant to keep your blood sugar regulated, an issue we, as Americans, ALL have. Think about breakfast; we go for the high carb (sugar) cereals, waffles, pancakes, etc. Now we’re starting our day with our blood sugar SUPER high. Then what? we crash at 11am because our blood sugar comes crashing down. Regulating this regulates your metabolism and overall health.
A huge part of TLS is supplementation. A lot of us aren’t getting the nutrients we truly need to get through our day. Everyone thinks about carbs, protein, and fat. And while that is very important, what about your vitamins and minerals? Fiber? If you’re not eating the right foods, you need to supplement to get your nutrients.
